How much is delivery?: There is a standard charge of £3.95 for delivery, orders over the value of £35 have complimentary delivery.
What if it does not fit?: Items that are too big or too small can be returned for a refund. Please contact us should your items not fit. Items must be returned within 21 working days of you receiving them to be eligible for a refund
My school is not listed. Can I still buy garments with a logo?: Yes - please contact us and we will liaise with your school.
How long will my order take?: We aim to deliver within 14 days but at peak times this may take longer. School collection orders may take longer depending on the next due delivery date.
Can I pay by cheque?: No unfortunately not. All payments have to be made through the website checkout using one of the payment methods available.
I'm not sure what size I want.: Please contact us for additional guidance on fitting and advice or see the fitting guide section of this web site.
What happens if I'm not entirely satisfied with my garment?: Please contact us so we can discuss your issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible if necessary.

How do I send you my artwork?: You can post or fax a copy of your artwork to us. Alternatively, if you have electronically stored your artwork you can e-mail it to us. Contact us for further information.
What happens next?: From your artwork we will produce an embroidery file. This is a free service.
Can I see a proof of the design before it is placed on my garment?: Yes - we will send you a proof out in the post. We aim to deliver within 21 days but at peak times this may take longer.
Is it possible to change the design after I have received the proof?: Yes - we can change colours and make minor alterations to your design at no extra cost.
How long will delivery take?: Delivery time is normally around 10-14 working days. Please allow a little longer during our peak times - May through August. If you need the garments for a particular date, please let us know and we will always try to meet your deadline.
How much is delivery within the UK?: There is a standard charge of £3.95 for delivery within the UK and free delivery for orders over the value of £35

Do you keep designs on file for repeat orders?: Yes - all designs are stored for future orders.
Is there a minimum order?: Yes, we have a minimum of 5 items per order for embroidered garments delivered directly to Schools. Any smaller orders can be placed via the website. Large orders may also attract a discount, contact us for details.
Can I request a sample?: Yes - please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to send you out a free sample.
